Wednesday of Holy Week

Here we are, the Wednesday of Holy Week. We’re rapidly moving towards the crucifixion on Friday and the resurrection on Sunday. Today, we’ll take a look at the third Servant Song in Isaiah and how we Christian folk believe that is talking about Jesus and His ministry. I’ll also speak a little bit on Judas who, as we read in the Gospel reading today, is acknowledged as the betrayer of Jesus and if we have a Judas in our own congregations. The readings today are Isaiah 50:4-9; Psalm 70; Hebrews 12:1-3; John 13:21-32. Have a wonderful day. Peace be with you.
